After game week 29, we’ve now entered the latest international break, with the next round of Premier League fixtures not being played until Saturday 30th March.
We’ve rounded up the injury news after GW29.
Mo Salah
Salah started for Liverpool in their FA cup clash with Manchester United on Sunday so he looks to be back in shape. He did come off before the 90th minute but if there are no setbacks during the international break, he’ll be nailed on to start for Liverpool again, come gw30.
Darwin Nunez & Luis Diaz
Both Nunez and Diaz started the Liverpool vs Man United game on Sunday, however Klopp reported after the game that they both had niggles. Luckily they’ll have 2 weeks off during international break, so both could be in contention to start again in GW30. They’re 2 to keep an eye on.
Bryan Mbeumo
The Brentford forward was substituted on during their shock defeat away to Burnley. He didn’t have long on the pitch, but with rehabilitation over the international break, I expect him to be in contention to start for GW30.
Brentford are now in a sticky situation in the league after a poor run of form. They now sit just 5 points above the relegation places, after Nottingham Forest’s 3 point deduction earlier today.
Micky van de Ven
The Spurs centre half made an early exit vs Villa in GW28, and missed GW29 completely. Postecoglu has updated us though, saying he’ll be confident that he’ll be back for GW30.
